Frank's practice focuses on representing clients in litigation matters, business transactions and real estate sales and purchases. Frank has also "tried" and arbitrated to conclusion a number of disputes between Trustees and beneficiaries, as well as disputes between majority and minority share holders in closely held corporate entities.
In addition, his practice includes acting as "de-facto" general counsel to mid-size businesses (emphasis in the representation of construction companies) who do not have the luxury of in-house counsel.
Kelly's practice is devoted to employment and labor matters, primarily for the "management side." Her practice includes the review and preparation of "Employee Policy manuals", as well as supporting Frank in the defense of labor-related claims.
